Gulf Hotel Bahrain receives top honour in London

MANAMA, November 30, 2014

Bahrain-based five-star Gulf Hotel, part of the Gulf Hotels Group, won the World Travel Leader Awards at the World Travel Market (WTM) held in London, UK.

The award was presented to the Gulf Hotels Group’s chairman Farouk Al Moayyed and the group’s CEO and Board Member Aqeel Raees.

The award also marked the 45th anniversary of the hotel since it was established as the first five-star hotel in Bahrain, to become an iconic hotel with 359 rooms, 97 executive apartments, 10 gastronomic restaurants and the biggest convention centre in Bahrain which can cater up to 3000 delegates.
