The UAE national airline Etihad Airways will be celebrating its tenth anniversary in style tomorrow (November 10) with a commemorative aircraft fly-past along the Abu Dhabi Corniche.

The A340-500 aircraft will depart Abu Dhabi Airport at 5.10pm before flying along the Abu Dhabi city coastline and around the Corniche breakwater for 5.30pm.

The aircraft, which will have chief pilot Giorgio Evangelisti in command, will be flying at 600 feet on its coastal route across some of Abu Dhabi’s key attractions.

A dhow parade and other water activities on the Corniche will be part of the special occasion on Sunday and will culminate in a spectacular fireworks display on the Corniche.-TradeArabia News Service
