Golden Tulip to open new hotel in Lebanon

Golden Tulip Hospitality Group has announced plans to open its new five-star hotel project, Golden Tulip Jiyeh Marina Resort, a 152-room property at Jiyeh coast in the south of Lebanon.

The launch of Golden Tulip's fourth property in Lebanon this June commemorates an exciting start to 2013 for the company's expansion plans in Mena region, said a statement from Golden Tulip.

The Jiyeh Marina Resort consists of 152 luxurious rooms & suites overlooking the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, with three restaurants, outdoor facilities, indoor swimming pool, Spa, conference rooms, and one ballroom.

A part of Louvre Hotels Group, the Golden Tulip brand boasts of more than 1,000 hotels in 42 countries and 70 hotels across the Mena region. It comprises six hospitality brands and occupies second place in Europe and eighth worldwide.

Golden Tulip is gearing up for a major expansion in Lebanon with the launch of several new hotels, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
