Sweet Homes plans new hotel at ‘Ajman Uptown’

Sweet Homes has plans to develop a Dh600 million ($163 million) hotel and serviced apartments complex within ‘Ajman Uptown’, an Dh3 billion community development which is currently under construction in Ajman.
A leading UAE-based developer and multi-service provider to the real estate sector, Sweet Homes, also revealed that it is currently negotiating with leading hotel operators for the management of the 5-star hotel and luxury residential complex.
The move follows the recent launch of its Dh1.3 billion seven commercial and residential towers within the high profile master development.
The 5-star hotel within ‘Ajman Uptown’ boasts of world-class rest and relaxation services to international and local tourists.
It will incorporate a total of 184 rooms, including 40 luxury suites; four restaurants on the mezzanine floor; and a banquet hall, a coffee shop, a fashion boutique and a flower shop on the ground floor.
Guests can also enjoy health and fitness amenities within the hotel, including a swimming pool, an aerobic health club and a gym, in addition to a children’s play area, and two salons and a restaurant, all of which are located on the rooftop.
With a total built-up-area of 223,394.5 sq ft, the hotel aims to offer quality services with the size of standard rooms ranging from 364 sq. ft. to 430 sq. ft., and the luxury suites spanning 563 sq. ft. to 729 sq. ft.

With a total built up area of 548,719 sq. ft., the fully-furnished serviced apartments complex is set to offer a total of 264 studios and 72 one-bedroom apartments.

Eight restaurants, which will offer cuisines of various origins to tenants as well as guests, will also be operating within the high profile residential complex.
