Marina Mall Abu Dhabi, a top leisure and shopping destination the UAE capital is offering 17 lucky shoppers an opportunity to win a gold bar as it celebrate its 17th anniversary golden moment on April 20.

Visitors who spend Dh300 ($81.6) or more on a single purchase at participating stores will automatically enter the raffle draw for their chance to win one of 16 x 50g gold bars in the first 16 hours of operation.

But when the clock strikes on the 17th hour, a massive 250g gold bar will be up for grabs for one lucky shopper to take home.

The mall, which will open from 10am to 3am, will also treat visitors to a one-day anniversary sale along with a fun-fuelled day packed full of activities, entertainment, food and prize giveaways.

Shoppers can expect up to 70 per cent off at selected stores and a series of exciting prizes and surprises will be given at random to visitors throughout the mall, including gift vouchers, roaming entrainment and parades for guests to enjoy.

Food-lovers can also indulge in the many exciting F&B outlets within the mall, including the luxury Swiss chocolate house, Manuel, which has become an Abu Dhabi staple since opening last year, to American fast-casual burger restaurant, Five Guys, the only location in the capital for the popular burger joint.
