Marka, the first public joint stock retail operator in the UAE, today signed an agreement with football club Real Madrid, securing the exclusive rights to manufacture, distribute and sell Real Madrid products across the GCC region.

Khaled Al Mheiri, vice chairman and CEO of Marka, said: “We are honoured to be working with Real Madrid – a highly celebrated and successful football club that is eagerly supported by fans across the region. This new and exclusive partnership also furthers Marka’s broader strategy that the company has been pursuing since 2014. This agreement will offer all Real Madrid supporters and fans a unique chance to purchase original club merchandise right in the GCC.”

The agreement spans all GCC countries, and gives Marka the right to manufacture a wide range of products that bear the Real Madrid name and logo. The portfolio of products includes T-shirts, shoes, swimwear, polo shirts, hats, suits, skirts, pants, toys, towels, coats, etc...
