Bahrain’s Ashrafs opens new business tower

MANAMA, June 21, 2015

Bahrain-based Ashrafs, a top  electronics and home products distributor, has opened its new six-storied tower housing a new showroom, offices and a multi-purpose events hall.

The new showroom was inaugurated by Industry and Commerce Minister Zayed Al Zayani in the Hoora district of Bahrain, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.

The company is a fully-owned subsidiary of Y K Almoayyed & Sons whose chairman Farouk Almoayyed and executive director Amal Almoayyed were present at the opening.

The showroom also has three shop-in-shop concepts; a Samsung shop offering mobile products, an Asghar Ali shop offering Arabic perfumery, and Ashraf BGDC offering cosmetics and perfumes.

Ashrafs brand portfolio includes Sony, Nikon, Bose, Casio, Brother, Case logic, Lalique, WMF and Brabantia, offering products across categories such as electronics, photography, giftware, homeware, kitchenware, linen, crystal, etc.

Almoayyed said the investment in the new tower underlines the group's continued efforts to contribute to the economic growth of the kingdom and to provide customers with quality products. – TradeArabia News Service
