McArthur + Company appoints key officials

McArthur + Company, a Dubai-based international shopping centre development and leasing firm, has announced the appointment of Lee Talbott as director of Leasing and Stephanie Chartier as marketing director.
Talbott is a chartered surveyor with retail expertise and broad knowledge of the UK (11 years), Australia (3 years), UAE (8 years) and European property markets working with some of the leading property companies and real estate consultancies in the shopping centre, retail warehouse and more latterly the factory outlet sectors.

Prior to joining McArthur + Company, Talbott was with Value Retail, of one the world’s leading factory outlet shopping centre developers and operators.
Former deputy director of Retail Leasing for Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi’s largest developer, Talbott was responsible for master planning and heading up the leasing of Yas Mall, a 2.5 million sq ft shopping and entertainment centre.
Stephanie-Alexandra Chartier will be working alongside international clients to design leading edge marketing programmes. In addition, she will also be responsible for the Corporate Marketing and Communications at McArthur + Company.

Chartier possesses over 15 years of real estate expertise, including the development of unique campaigns and strategies for mixed-use development projects across North America. As marketing director for Montreal’s premier shopping centre Rockland, owned by global real estate giant Ivanhoe Cambridge, Chartier brings with her a wealth of industry knowledge, where she focused her attention on shopping centres.
Chartier has acquired industry recognition for her excellence and innovation, including several Maple Leaf Gold and Silver awards at the New York based International Council of Shopping Centers’ Canadian Shopping Centre Awards (ICSC). She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a former ICSC faculty member of their John T. Riordan School for Professional Development.
