Bahrain Duty Free, the kingdom's airport retailer, is offering all the shoppers who use their MasterCard credit cards at its outlets a shopping voucher with a value of up to 15 per cent of their purchase amounts.

This is part of the Bahrain Duty Free “Race to Win” promotional campaign launched jointly with the MasterCard to mark the 11th Formula 1 race which concluded recently.
 
It will run till the end of this month at all of the duty free outlets at Bahrain International Airport.

On the move, Bahrain Duty Free deputy general manager, Bassam Al Wardi said: "We are delighted to once again partner with MasterCard for this initiative; particularly given the importance of the F1 race in Bahrain. It is the kingdom's most high profile
event which attracts more than 4,000 visitors into the country every year."

"It gives us as a company an opportunity to ensure that they not only receive the best possible service, but also an amazing promotional offering," he added.

Girish Nanda, the area head (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Yemen) MasterCard, said: "We are delighted to partner with Bahrain Duty Free and provide MasterCard credit cardholders with a rewarding experience as they arrive to witness one of the most exciting sporting events in the region."
