MANAMA, April 13, 2015

Fujifilm Corporation has launched three new additions to its unique X mount interchangeable lens range.

The first of the three new lenses - XF 120mm f/2.8 telephoto macro lens provide a 1:1 magnification ratio. It is ideal for capturing portrait and macro photographs without having to be close to the subject.

The second addition - XF 35mm f/2 ‘R’ fixed lens is a compact and lightweight standard focal length lens. This lens, with a large aperture of F2, provides a shallow depth of field ideal for taking portrait images, a statement said.

As for the teleconverter, it’s a 1.4x Teleconverter for Fujifilm’s current XF 50–140mm f/2.8 R LM OIS WR in addition to the upcoming XF 120mm f/2.8 R Macro and XF 100–400mm lenses. “Camera lenses are equally crucial for taking fantastic pictures. We, at Fujifilm, understand the needs of our customers and these news lenses will add to the excitement of taking pictures with a Fujifilm camera.
