Several Arab companies are set to take part in a leading trade fair with a focus on manufacturing footwear and accessories in Brazil next week.
The Zero Grau Footwear and Accessories Trade Show will run from November 17 to 19 at the Serra Park Events in Gramado, Rio Grande do Sul, said a statement from the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC).
The show will throw the spotlight on the most fashionable and prevailing trends in the footwear industry and technology as well as unveil the latest fall/winter collection by Brazil’s leading shoe brands.
It will be attended by key Brazilian retailers, international footwear and accessories designers, shoe-store owners, and industry professionals to get to know in-depth about the latest design, technologies, raw material and production processes.
Zero Grau will also offer opportunities for networking and business meetings.
Dr Michel Alaby, secretary general and CEO of ABCC, said: “Brazil has shared strong trade relations with the Arab world in various sectors including food products. We are extremely delighted that we will be able to further strengthen our ties with the Arab countries in one more sector.
“Brazil has emerged as one of the world’s biggest footwear manufacturers and Zero Grau offers a perfect platform to global companies to meet the local footwear manufacturers and explore exciting business opportunities. We extend our warm welcome to the Arab companies and are confident that they will be able to close several important deals during the show.” - TradeArabia News Service
