M&S unveils new summer collection

Dubai, June 22, 2014

Marks & Spencer has unveiled its new summer collection offering - from pretty dresses, structured blazers and cropped trousers in pastels to bright colorful beach maxis - across all its stores in GCC.

A member of the Al-Futtaim Group of companies since 1998, the Marks & Spencer Al-Futtaim franchise partnership boasts 27 stores located in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon and Qatar.

The easy-breezy summer style collection embraces the hottest catwalk trends in fashion forward pieces encapsulating work wear, outwear, casualwear and swimwear for modern stylish women, said the retailer in a statement.

Clean and bold patterns, including modern colour blocking, nautical stripes, and textured florals are prominent in the collection. Proportions are toyed with as abstract prints and bohemian layering fuse together in a graphic explosion of sleek femininity.

Mariam Chahin, the regional marketing manager, Marks & Spencer Al-Futtaim said: "The launch of Marks & Spencer summer collection focuses on quality wardrobe staples, designed to be mix n matched and worn for different occasions. Whilst capturing the universal values of the season, the collection offers a range of clothing in warm, exhilarating palette to renew the summer wardrobe."

"Whether trying out the season's oriental inspired prints, pastel separates or marvelous monochrome shades, you can find an outfit that will match your occasion and mood, meaning the day-to-night dressing is fixed in a flash,” she added.

In addition to the dress, the outlets will showcase fab accessories, from statement jewellery to oversized clutches and bold bright handbags.-TradeArabia News Service
