Samsung launches 2 smartphones in Bahrain

Samsung Electronics, a leading mobile phone manufacturer, has introduced two of its flagship smartphones in Bahrain – Samsung Wave and Samsung Galaxy S.

“Samsung is committed to the smartphone market; delivering a smartphone to suit any user or lifestyle,” said Sandeep Saihgal, general manager of mobile phones at Samsung Gulf Electronics.

“This strategy points to delivering devices, applications and services relevant for every lifestyle to empower users with access to the information and connections that produce valuable user experiences.”

“The ‘Smart Phone for Smarter Life’ concept delivers a smartphone experience that is simple, organized and integrated. Smart Life is flexible and versatile, allowing consumers to customize their experiences based on their needs. Such a philosophy embodies Samsung’s drive to build a new class of smartphones that will maximize user experiences,” he added.

The Samsung Wave, which features the world’s first super Amoled display with a free viewing angle and provides superb image quality for viewing both videos and photos, a statement said.

Users will also benefit from Quick Panel, a way of prioritizing and aggregating apps into one screen for instant access.

The Samsung Wave also features Bluetooth 3.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11n standards.

The Android-powered Galaxy S incorporates a 4-inch super Amoled screen and a 1GHz application processor that enables vibrant HD videos, rich augmented reality content through Layar reality browser, the statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
