Amman, July 18, 2009
LG Electronics (LG), a leader in the global flat panel display market, recently launched the second edition of its unique Scarlet LCD TV series in the Jordanian market.
The LH70 (New Scarlet) is now available to customers at all showrooms of Darwish Al Khalili, LG’s exclusive agent in Jordan and one of the Middle East Group Complex of Companies.
The New Scarlet is available in sizes 42 inches, 37 inches, and 32 inches, with larger sizes to hit markets soon, said a statement.
For the debut weekend of New Scarlet’s arrival in Jordan, LG and Darwish Al Khalili have launched a special promotional display at SmartBuy electronics megastore.
“We, at LG Electronics, present this second edition of the extraordinary Scarlet series, the LH70, fulfilling part of our commitment to the Jordanian market,” said Kevin Cha, managing director of LG Electronics Levant. “We constantly strive to turn out the very latest in the world of electronics in record time.”
“We trust that customers will enjoy this TV’s high-performance, and its innovative design and user-friendly interface, and we shall continue to launch more exceptional products, giving new value and setting new trends in the business,” he added.
Middle East Complex’s chairman of the board, Osama Al Khalili, said: “The Scarlet series embodies LG Electronics’ genius and creativity in terms of design and engineering, making it the best option for consumers. This technological innovation considerably broadens the horizons of the LCD industry, making it a source of both pride and pleasure to present it, together with LG, to our customers throughout the Kingdom.”
The New Scarlet LH70 is the slimmest in the world at 1.6 inches, said the statement.
It also stands out with its unique features, such as Bluetooth connectivity, allowing viewers to connect directly to mobile phones and thus view mobile pictures and movies and play music.
LG’s invisible speakers provide dynamic, fully enveloping sound and also incorporate LG’s Clear Voice II system, which digitally enhances voices to make them easier to hear, according to the statement. – TradeArabia News Service
