Bafco is set to unveil its Humanscle switch mouse at the Office Expo to be held at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre from March 3 to 5.

The switch mouse, from the award-winning US ergonomic design firm Humanscale, is said to be an innovative mousing solution that boosts comfort and reduces the risk of injury.

This peripheral device integrates two major innovations —a v-shaped base, which puts the wrist and forearm into a natural pronation for left or right-handed users, and size adjustability to provide a perfect fit for any computer user.

Other features include a built-in palm support to prevent contact stress on the wrist, four-way scrolling dish to minimise repetitive motion, and programmable buttons for user-specified functions.

All of this adds up to the most customisable and ergonomic mouse ever created, said a statement.

“As exclusive distributors for Humanscale in the region, the launch of the switch mouse complements our existing range or ergonomic tools for the modern office,” said Gilbert Grino, a senior marketing executive at Bafco.
