Givenchy has come out with the new Phenomen’ Eyes mascara with its groundbreaking new design and high-precision application method.

A one of its kind mascara, it offers a beautifully fanned-out panoramic effect, helping hold a woman’s lashes perfectly in place, said a statement.

Phenomen’ Eyes comprises a high-tech, thick, patented precision wand with a round, bristled end; designed to reach the innermost corners of the lashes. As compared to the traditional brush, the precision wand is brilliant at getting the lower lashes and offers precise application of the product, without clumping, said a company official.

The mascara's formula is based on water and cutting-edge polymer. When the mascara is applied, the water evaporates, allowing the polymer to put its shaping, separating and lengthening powers to work. The formula also contains D-Panthnol, which fortifies and restructures lashes, helping make them denser and thicker.
