Snow Garden at F1
, April 12, 2015
There will be an expanse of snow bordering on the scorching track of the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) during the Formula One Grand Prix from April 17 to 19. French company EverSnow is mounting an air-conditioned snow garden measuring over 2,000 sq m.
Commissioned by the BIC, the venue is intended for the grand prix public. It will feature a 400 sq m snow garden, a cross-country skiing trail, a freestyle ramp complete with crash pad for skis and rubber dinghies, an ice-climbing wall and a 100 sq m skating rink.
