MWM, a leading provider of sustainable gas gensets, said it has collaborated with Jubaili Bros, a leading supplier of power generation solutions and services in Middle East and Africa (MEA), to provide large-size, gas-fueled electrical power solutions to customers across the region.

Germany-based MWM is one of the world's leading brands in the market segment of highly efficient cogeneration plants for decentralized energy generation with combined heat and power.

Founded in 1871 by Carl Benz, the Mannheim-based company can look back on more than 150 years of experience in the development and optimization of gas gensets for natural gas, biogas and other special gases. In 2011, MWM became part of the Caterpillar family of brands.

Announcing the collaboration, MWM said it will leverage its expertise in gas engine and gas genset technology and Jubaili Bros' extensive engineering and aftersales network.

The co-operation between the two will also leverage a strong track record in delivering power generation solutions across multiple countries and critical industry segments.

Jubaili Bros will offer reliable MWM gas generators with 42% and above efficiencies ranging from 400 to 4,500 kW electrical, suitable for various applications such as industrial, commercial, and off-grid power supply.

According to MWM, many companies in the Middle East and Africa region will benefit from Jubaili Bros' expanded offering based on MWM solutions, supporting the diversification of their energy matrix and the transition to more efficient energy sources.

MWM gas generators can also operate on various types of gas, including lower carbon intensity fuels derived from organic waste and synthetic gases.

"We are excited to partner with Jubaili Bros, a trusted and respected leader in the power generation market," said Rene Ludvik, Commercial Director of MWM.

"This new cooperation will provide customers even better access to MWM’s highly efficient gensets and services throughout the life of our products," he added.

Dr. Marcus Schumacher, Group CEO of Jubaili Bros, said: "We are delighted to join forces with MWM, a world-renowned leader in gas engine and genset technology, to offer our customers in the region best-in-class gas generators allied to our leading aftersales experience."

"We have a long history of providing reliable and customized power solutions to our customers, and we are confident that this collaboration will enable us to meet the growing demand for gas powered generators in the region," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
