Arada launches 291-unit residential complex in Sharjah

SHARJAH, June 8, 2023

Leading UAE developer Arada has announced the launch of Nesba, a two-building apartment complex ideally located within the master plan of Sharjah’s largest mixed-use community, Aljada.

Scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025, the two Nesba blocks feature 291 homes, characterised by fresh and contemporary architecture.

Nesba (ratio in Arabic), refers to the balanced and positive lifestyle that will be enjoyed by residents, thanks to the extensive sporting and leisure amenities located within close proximity, said the developer.

Each Nesba unit contains smart home features and white goods added as standard, while owners will also benefit from the presence of two indoor gyms and a shared swimming pool, it stated.

In addition, Nesba residents will have direct access to East Boulevard, a tree-lined promenade filled with shopping and dining outlets, it added.

Group CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi said:“When designing residential communities Arada always focuses on amazing design and amazing facilities, which are backed up by highly competitive pricing, and we also use our experience to consistently improve the product we are offering."

“At Nesba, we are again raising the standard for urban living in Sharjah, with buyers able to benefit from a truly unmatched array of sports, relaxation, retail and dining options, all within a few steps from their front doors,” noted Alkhoshaibi.

"A key highlight is a world-class outdoor sports complex, located next to the Nesba buildings, boasting a full-size football pitch and smaller 5-a-side football pitches, alongside basketball, padel tennis and badminton courts," he stated.

Homes at Nesba enjoy an exceptional location within Aljada and are just a few minutes’ walk from the SIS-Aljada school, the Madar family entertainment complex, the Naseej cultural neighbourhood and Arada CBD, Sharjah’s new commercial district, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
