Bin Faqeeh set for Gulf Industry Fair debut

Bahrain-based Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company has chosen the Gulf Industry Fair (GIF) 2017, the Northern Gulf's leading business-to-business industrial show, to showcase its residential and commercial projects as part of its strategy to introduce products directly at events of interest to target investor group.

The GIF 2017 is being organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE) from February 7 to 9 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

During the event, the Bahrain-based developer will offer five attractive residential projects to the visitors.

On its debut show, Faisal Faqeeh, the chairman of Bin Faqeeh said: "Gulf Industry Fair is the GCC’s leading b2b hub for industrialists. The event hosts regional and international businesses who are looking to take advantage of Bahrain’s economic opportunities."

"We joined GIF to have a direct access to our target audience who will either visit or participate at the exhibition," stated Faqeeh.  

Residential projects include the Dar Tower, a 12-storey tower located in Busaiteen near Shaikh Hamad Bin Isa Causeway and in close proximity to Hidd Industrial Area, and Hidd Heights, a 13-storey residential project adjacent to Prince Khalifa Park with direct access to the highway.

The project boasts studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments including high-end entertainment facilities. It is located in nearby Hidd Industrial Area.

Another highlight is the Plus Tower, a 13-storey residential project located in Busaiteen designed to cater towards young professionals and families who seek a modern lifestyle in the traditional part of Bahrain.

Bin Faqeeh also offers two residential projects in the heart of Bahrain’s entertainment scene in Juffair: the Storm and Spark towers.

Both the projects are located 15 minutes away from the Bahrain International Airport and are surrounded by restaurants, shopping malls and hypermarkets.

Welcoming the group, Jubran Abdulrahman, the managing director of HCE, said: "Bin Faqeeh is instrumental in establishing Bahrain as an attractive real estate investment hub for GCC residents. Their presence at GIF, emphasises their innovative approach to access the 20 per cent visitors to GIF that come from Saudi Arabia to the exhibition."

"Their presence at GIF provides a holistic element to real estate assets that is being exhibited at Gulf Industry Fair whether it is industrial facilities, commercial and office space or residential accommodation," he added.

Gulf Industry Fair 2017 is being sponsored by Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) and the Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco), in association with Noga. Majaal and Naffco will be supporting the Industrial Facilities and Fire and Safety sectors respectively.

Supporting organisations for GIF 2017 include AHK Saudi Arabia, India’s PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the German Saudi Arabian Liaison for Economic Affairs, the Saudi British Economic Offset Programme and Bahrain Industrial Association.-TradeArabia News Service
