City Centre Muscat has become the first shopping mall in Oman to offer its shoppers the opportunity to charge their electric vehicles.

The e-charging stations, which are free to customers, are at the parking facility on Level 1. The introduction of e-charging stations aims to contribute to reducing fossil fuel consumption and emissions of CO2 in the environment and contribute and boost ‘green’ driving and a cleaner environment.

“The government’s sustainability goals prioritize the support for electric vehicles in the Sultanate with infrastructure that will enhance convenience for early adopters.
