First Motors, the exclusive dealer of Hyundai vehicles in Bahrain, has unveiled the all-new Sonata 2015 in the kingdom.

The latest edition of the iconic Sonata retains its hallmark qualities of luxurious comfort and precision engineered performance that made it one of the highest selling cars in Bahrain, while introducing various innovative features, said a statement.

With Hyundai’s design ethos of the ‘Fluidic Sculpture 2.0,’ the Sonata looks to break new ground with its stylistic identity in interior and exterior design, it said.  

The exterior look has been revamped to convey the concept of refined minimalism and will greatly appeal to those with an eye for the simple luxuries. With the 2015 Hyundai Sonata being all about the personal human touch, the interior has been designed to emphasise on ‘emotional quality’.

It has been personalised to suit the driver to such an extent that even the smallest things have been taken into utmost consideration, such as tactile satisfaction steering.

Powered by a 2.4 Mpi 6 speed engine, the Sonata strikes an optimal balance between performance and comfort for its occupants. It features an Integrated Memory System for driver seating position and the Integrated Driving Mode system (Normal, Sports, Eco) provides an unparalleled driving experience, said the statement.

It also features the blind spot detection system, Vehicle Stability Management, Electric Parking Brake and front/rear parking assistance system.

Apart from the performance safety features, about 51 per cent of the Sonata’s steel is Advanced High Strength Steel (AHSS) which increases the stiffness and rigidity of its body structure, further underlining Hyundai’s commitment to safety, as evidenced by the prestigious Top Safety Pick+ certificate it earned from the Insurance Institute of Highway Safety (IIHS) in the United States.

The new model comes equipped with a premium quality multimedia sound system linked to eight optimally tuned high performance speakers and subwoofer, imparting a multidimensional audio experience to listeners.  Aux, USB and iPod connectivity are also supported, said the statement.

It comes with an option of an 4.3-inch colour TFT-LCD screen with rear camera viewing for high audio accompanied by MP3, it added. - TradeArabia News Service
