Saudi Arabia extends National Day holiday by a day

Saudi Arabia's King Salman has ordered a one-day extension to the National Day holiday to include Monday (Sept 24) also, a Saudi Press Agency report said.
The kingdom's 88th National Day is being celebrated today (September 23).
Meanwhile, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, has ordered the release of all prisoners who are insolvent in rights cases and not involved in criminal cases in the province of Taif.
This follows a proposal by King Salman, SPA said.
In another development, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SFCPD) and the General Authority for Entertainment (GEA) will launch the world's two largest flags of Saudi Arabia to be displayed by 300 drones in the framework of activities to mark the National Day.
They will be registered in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest two flags to be displayed in an air show in the skies over Riyadh and Jeddah by the drones.
The SFCPD and GEA said in a statement that each of the two national flags will be with a length of 400m and width of 350m.
