Dubai Courts achieves 99pc partners’ satisfaction rating

Dubai Courts has achieved a 99 per cent score in partners' satisfaction rating last year, according to a survey.
A survey conducted by the Suggestion and Complaint Section of Dubai Courts’ Strategy and Institutional Performance Department, revealed that the satisfaction rating of its strategic partners has substantially increased for 2013 and 2014 period.
This reflects Dubai Courts’ unwavering commitment to promote its strategic partnerships with 22 government entities that comprised the respondents, it said.
Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, director general of Dubai Courts, said the satisfaction rating reached a high 61 per cent in 2012.
It grew to 81 per cent in 2014 - the highest recorded in the past three years - from 44 per cent in 2013 at a growth rate of 100 per cent.
The rating jumped to almost 96 per cent last year, while the partner happiness score reached a new record of 99 per cent.
Moreover, the partners’ satisfaction towards the channels of communication provided by Dubai Courts hit the 97 per cent mark, while the score in terms of mutual and added-value benefits has doubled from 40 per cent in 2013 to 85 per cent in 2014.
The exchange of institutional knowledge and cultural compatibility grew from 40 per cent to 79 per cent during the same period, while the development rate of common procedures increased from 40 per cent to 84 per cent.
The Strategy and Institutional Performance Department aims to strengthen relations and maintain strong cooperation with its strategic partners, said Al Mansouri.
