A three-day food exhibition selling Ramadan staples opened at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Capital Governor Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa deputised IT and follow-up director Salah Bouzid Al Dosary to inaugurate the two-day "Sufrat Ramadan" (Ramadan Table).

Bahrain Exhibition and Conventions Authority chief executive Hassan Jaafer and representatives of food companies attended the opening of the expo, which will conclude today.

The exhibition showcases trademark products, food items, drinks, restaurant equipment, fresh and frozen meals, energy drinks, plant foods and canned food products.-TradeArabia News Service
