GCS operates 2 new Lebanese Flower outlets in UAE

ABU DHABI, February 4, 2015

UAE-based Global Catering Services is operating two newly opened Lebanese Flower Restaurants (Zahrat Lebnan), one at the Khalidiyah Mall in Abu Dhabi and the other in Al Ain.

Alaa Abu Al-Saud, operations manager, said that “buffet menus are usually served within weekends at the Lebanese Flower Restaurants, which were recently opened at Khalidiyah Mall Abu Dhabi and Al Ain at Al-Ain Mall, while normal food menus are served during weekdays at an reasonable price to all guests and visitors."

The new branch of the restaurant in Khalidiyah Mall was created in cleaver designs and style to match a warm welcoming atmosphere for families and friends, through a mixture of modernity while preserving the middle eastern identity, he pointed out.

All branches depend primarily on harvested goods from Abu Dhabi local farms to promote local products of vegetables, meats, poultry, fish, fresh fruit and so on, said Al Saud.

"GCS is proceeding with expansion plans across UAE to meet the never ending high demands by our customers; offering various types of delicious foods, then a higher ambition to spread GCC and the Middle East in the near future,” he said.

“We are considering opening a branch in Canada to serve the Arab communities and Westerners that crave Lebanese cuisines over there,” he added.

The GCS group is also set to open six new Lebanese Flower branches in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, while one will be opening soon in Dubai by the second half of the year.

Dahir Shuraitah, director of Operations, said: “Lebanese Flower, a subsidiary of Global Catering Services, completely relies on local products as it attracts customers, studies show.

“Tastes and flavours of imported goods are notable, and we want our guests to experience fresh savors. Additionally, the company’s management signed an agreement with Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority and the Farmers' Services Centre to provide local products regularly and smoothly to our branches.” - TradeArabia News Service
