This January, GCC residents can start the New Year by bringing home the authentic flavours and warmth of Abu Dhabi's Cipriani Yas Island with the signature Cipriani gift hamper, which contains an array of gourmet Italian delights including a variety of pasta, pesto, apricot jam, riso superfino carnaroli and bizantina sauce.

The riso superfino carnaroli, also known as the ‘king of rice’, can be used to create the perfect creamy risotto. A selection of delicious dishes which reflect the soul of Italy can be concocted using the assortment of pasta from the hamper, including tagliarelle delicate, tagliarelle classiche, pappardelle classiche and tagliolini classiche, which can also be bought separately.

Guests can tantalise their tastebuds with the spicy bizantina sauce, consisting of green olives, capers and anchovies and fresh tomato to complement the pasta or fish-based dishes. The vibrant Cipriani pesto or fresh apricot jam adds an additional depth of flavour to the meals.  

Cipriani Yas Island also offers the traditional Italian dessert, panettone, to complete the culinary journey. Made with all-natural ingredients, the panettone – artfully presented in a vintage style tin - releases its unique flavour after being kept in room temperature for around half an hour. For those wishing to experiment, Cipriani’s signature sauce recipes have been included in the hamper.
