Top eateries open at Abu Dhabi WTC Mall

Leading global restaurants PF Chang’s, Fatburger, Alison Nelson’s Chocolate Bar have opened at Abu Dhabi-based World Trade Center Mall (WTC Mall) developed by Aldar Properties.

Visitors can now enjoy a wide selection of cuisines, which complement a range of retail outlets open for the first time in Abu Dhabi, said a statement from the WTC Mall.

Besides these, several new restaurants including Nando’s, Shake Shack and Romanos Macaroni Grill will be opening in the coming few weeks, it stated.

Alison Nelson’s Chocolate Bar and Abu Dhabi’s newest Spinneys supermarket have also opened their doors - bringing in a wider range of offerings in both retail and dining to the mall, said a senior official.

Talal Al Dhiyebi, the executive director of Asset Management at Aldar pointed out that Abu Dhabi was quickly becoming a leading retail and leisure destination in the region.

"The new additions at WTC Mall serve to meet the growing demand for casual dining options in the capital and enrich the overall shopping experience. Over a short period, WTC Mall has become the destination of choice for Abu Dhabi families looking for a variety of dining choices under one roof," he stated.

According to him, visitors can now enjoy a wide selection of cuisines, which complement a range of retail outlets open for the first time in Abu Dhabi.

"PF Chang’s brings a unique stylish Chinese-inspired cuisine combined with American hospitality in a sophisticated bistro setting and featuring contemporary design and superior service. Burger lovers are now welcome to relish thesignature big and juicy burgers of Fatburger, the famous Californian Dining franchise which brings a spectrum of burger and other choices of sandwiches, and home-made appetizers," he remarked.

Meanwhile.MBCo is most known for its European culinary experiencewith authentic hand carved sandwiches and fresh daily products. For a more creative experience, diners can explore Studio Masr’s casual dining embedded within a cinema-based theme, offering authentic Egyptian and Middle Eastern Cuisine. Cantina Mariachi is another restaurant not to miss with a journey into the genuine Mexican atmosphere and its tastiest and most festive roots, he added.

Chocolate lovers, said Al Dhiyebi, can also enjoy a break from shopping at Alison Nelson’s Chocolate Bar to indulge in a range of chocolate and coffee delights.

"Other outlets at the mall include the international coffee shops, Starbucks, Jamaica Blue, Caribou Coffee and Costa, along with Dome restaurant and the Parisian themed café,Brioche Doree," he added.

Nando’s, home of legendary Portuguese flame-grilled peri-peri chicken, and the long-awaited burger destination, Shake Shack, will join the crowd at the mall along with Romanos Macaroni Grill that offers the best of traditional Italian food sprinkled with fresh culinary innovations, marking a unique Italian experience, said Al Dhiyebi.

Featuring the world’s diversified cuisines in an indoor and outdoor seating, the WTC Mall’s 3rd floor (L3) is now the destination of choice for families looking for unique casual dining experience, which will be complemented with the opening of Grand Cinema in the same floor, said the statement.

At full capacity, the WTC Mall will house more than 160 shops, over 20 dining outlets and an eight-screen cinema, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
