Certo, the Italian restaurant at Radisson SAS Dubai Media City, will showcase the signature dishes of chef Simon Apollonio at the Taste of Dubai food festival.

The event will be organised at Amphitheatre and Park complex, Dubai Media City from March 11 – 14.

Commending the award winning event, “Taste of Dubai brings together fine-dining restaurants from across the city to one central and scenic hub and we are delighted to be involved in it for the second year running!” said Farida Parekh, marketing and communications manager of Radisson SAS Hotel Dubai Media City.

She added that Simon and his team are set to serve up Certo Signature dishes such as carpaccio di manzo, maccheroncini con pomodorini, gorgonzola e asparagi and the classic tiramisu at the upcoming food festival.

According to a report, 22 restaurants, 68 signature dishes and 12,000 food enthusiasts will participate in the food festival. - TradeArabia News Service
