Top author to lead retail workshop

Barbara Wold, author of the best selling Retail Success Guide, will lead the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres' (MECSC) popular Customer Service Workshop, to be held on November 23 and 24 in Dubai.

The internationally known speaker and authority on retail and consumer industries, will lead this two day workshop focused on ‘Excellence in Customer Service’.

The training program is part of MECSC’s ongoing efforts to develop strong professional talent in the region to meet the needs of the growing shopping malls industry.
