Hill & Knowlton expands ME chief's role

Dubai, September 3, 2008

Dave Robinson, CEO of Hill & Knowlton in the Middle East since 2005, is to take on additional responsibility for the company’s operations and client offer in Africa with immediate effect.

“Dave’s appointment will help us build on our already strong representation in Africa and further extend our ability to serve rapidly expanding client interests in African countries. I have no doubt he will bring his customary energy and enthusiasm to this new role,” said Andrew Laurence, EMEA chairman & CEO.

Andrew Bone, currently regional director at Hill & Knowlton Middle East, will also expand his role to formally cover Africa in addition to the Middle East region. He will support Dave Robinson.

In addition to a wholly owned office in Cairo, Egypt, Hill & Knowlton has an extensive network of long-standing associates throughout the continent, covering the Maghreb, Francophone North West Africa, Arab North East Africa, West and Sub-Saharan Africa, East Africa and South Africa.-TradeArabia News Service
