Yanni to perform 2 concerts in Dhahran
RIYADH, December 3, 2017
The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) has announced that the internationally renowned composer and multi-instrumentalist artist, Yanni, will perform two additional concerts in Saudi Arabia following the success of the four already announced concerts.
Yanni, performing for the first time in Saudi Arabia, kicked off his Saudi tour with hugely successful concerts on November 30 and on December 1 at the King Abdullah Economic City in Jeddah.
The third and fourth shows will be held today (December 3) and tomorrow at the Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University in Riyadh.
Due to the popularity of the international pianist and the public's demand, additional two shows will be performed at the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture in Dhahran on December 6 and 7, the GEA said.
GEA, reacting to the high demand among the Saudi audience, also increased capacity of the venue to host more music lovers.
GEA aims through attracting these world class performances, to deliver a diversified agenda of entertainment events to the Saudi audience.

Yanni's first visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is part of his global 2017-2018 tour in which he will be playing the best of his musical career that started in 1984. His musical concerts are characterised with the audio visual effects, as he is famous for his TV show "Live at the Acropolis".
Yanni is performing two hours each during the concerts, which is considered to be higher than the usual average time spent in any of his musical tours. - TradeArabia News Service
