Icflix partners with Asiacell for Iraq foray

BAGHDAD, August 4, 2016

Icflix, the Mena region’s leading Internet streaming service has partnered with Asiacell, a top telecom provider in Iraq, to offer its services in the country.

This partnership will allow Asiacell’s entertainment loving customers access to Jazwood (Arabic), Hollywood and Bollywood content, including movies, TV shows, cartoons and documentaries.

Both prepaid and postpaid Asiacell customers will be able to enjoy the icflix library of content for a monthly fee of IQD10,000 ($8.4), a weekly fee of IQD4,000 or a daily subscription for IQD1,200.

Asiacell customers will be able to enjoy original Icflix productions, from Arabia’s first teen female superhero animated series, Dunia, to the latest popular Jazwood movies and hit TV series including Al Arrab: Taht Al Hazem, Layali El Helmya 6 and Al Tawarid  alongside Award-winning Hollywood movies such as Lone Survivor, Grace of Monaco and Need for Speed.
