Advertising trends highlighted at IAA forum
LONDON, May 19, 2015
More than 200 delegates from 25 countries gathered yesterday (May 18) at a forum in London the International Advertising Association (IAA) to hear about the key insights, issues and trends in advertising and marketing communications
The one-day 2015 Leadership Forum – “What's Coming Next? Behind the Headlines” was organised at InterContinental Park Lane.
Faris Abouhamad, IAA chairman and world president said: "The IAA has created a unique, rich, one day programme, for the time challenged, looking for an intense one day global perspective of the most important issues facing marketers, media and their agency partners.”
“We are always mindful that the IAA is uniquely placed with our global network to ensure that intelligence in one part of the world is efficiently shared with another - whether about data, mobile, programmatic, native advertising, social brands or self-regulation!
“This was clearly demonstrated during our recent IAA Africa Rising conference held in Accra this past April. And we are pleased to have our Platinum Sponsors Financial Times, Microsoft, Silver Sponsor Google and Supporting Sponsors Axis and Bloomberg Media,” Abouhamad added.
The International Advertising Association (IAA), headquartered in New York, was founded in 1938 to champion responsible marketing. The IAA, with members in over 40 countries, is a one-of-a-kind global partnership comprising advertisers, media, advertising and public relations agencies, media companies, and academics. - TradeArabia News Service
