Cayan Group, a leading Saudi-based property developer, said it received an overwhelming response from both the investors and visitors for its upcoming projects at the World Luxury Expo held recently in capital Riyadh.

The company said it had a successful showing at the expo owing to the loyalty of their customers.

At the three-day event, Cayan featured its major projects coming up in both Saudi Arabia and UAE including its star development - the one-million-sq-m residential community Samaya located at Erga in northwestern Riyadh which recorded impressive sales.

Besides this, another Riyadh project, the CMC Tower, which went on sale for the first time, received tremendous response from corporate companies keen on having strategic offices location on King Fahad Road.

Also the iconic Cayan Cantara, the first project operated by Rotana in Dubai,witnessed brisk sales during the expo.

"Throughout the exhibition, there was immense interest, inquiries, and sales at the Cayan stand which was frequented by visitors and celebrities on all three days," remarked Ahmed Alhatti, the chairman of Cayan Group.

"We are thrilled to have achieved an amazing record of sales during the expo where our loyal customers availed our guaranteed eight per cent annual returns which Cayan Cantara offers, as well, the high interest shown in the CMC project which went on sale for the first time," stated Alhatti.
