ASRY IT Manager amongst 38 honoured for contributing to AI advancement

A senior ASRY IT Manager, was amongst the top executives recognised at the 3rd World CIO Summit, hosted by Bahrain, for his outstanding contributions in the field of information technology, particularly for his role in the AI-driven digital transformation of the company.
Mohammed Al Sharqawy, who was selected to attend this event for the third time in a row, was honoured in the presence of Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Vice President of the General Sports Authority and President of the Bahrain Combat Sports Council.
The event was a collaborative effort between the Global AI Group, UAE GEC Media, the General Sports Authority, and Shaikh Nasser Artificial Intelligence Research and Development Center (NAIRDC).
Shaikh Salman said that the executives’ pioneering role reflects their unwavering belief in the capabilities and potential of national talents, as well as their contributions to various vital sectors in the kingdom.
Jasim Haji, President of the Global AI Group, commended the forward-thinking approach of the executives in adopting AI advancements and institutional development through the cutting-edge solutions.
