Virgin Mobile Middle East and Africa (VMMEA) has now surpassed 3.5 million customers, making it the MVNO leader in the MEA region
Virgin Mobile Middle East and Africa was the first licensed MVNO to launch in the Middle East region, and today is offering services under the Virgin Mobile and FRiENDi mobile brands across the region, collectively serving more than 3.5 million customers.
As a strategic technical partner, Symsoft is supporting the success of VMMEA via the Symsoft MVNO Platform and its comprehensive services portfolio.
VMMEA is offering full mobile voice and data services, which are made easy to use for the customers via extensive digitalization, as well as an innovative approach to connecting the customer's mobile phones, tablets and dongles under a single subscription.
"We have reached previously underserved market segments by developing and evolving attractive mobile services to customers in these segments," said Mikkel Vinter, founder & director of VMMEA.
"Learning from each market we serve, and constantly innovating our product and distribution to meet a changing industry, we have become the biggest MVNO group in the region.
“We work with Symsoft as one of our strategic technical partners, and utilize the Symsoft MVNO Platform in all our regional markets. As our differentiating factors include product innovation and an ability to quickly capitalize on market opportunities, we consider our partnership with Symsoft an important element of VMMEA's success,” he added.
Ever since its inception, VMMEA has used the Symsoft MVNO Platform to create a superior customer experience, and the Symsoft MVNO product suite provides VMMEA with the ability to independently define service logic combined with real-time traffic management and value added services.
The open APIs provided by the Symsoft MVNO Platform allow for integration with customer service channels appropriate for all market segments.
"We are proud to call VMMEA one of our most important customers, and they represent the innovative and modern mobile provider that our MVNO Platform was built to support,” said Johan Rosendahl, managing director at Symsoft.
"VMMEA is not only meeting the needs of their customers, they are creating new benefits for the customers in a region that is evolving rapidly. It is exhilarating to see that our MVNO Platform and services portfolio continue to support the success of VMMEA, and we are confident that VMMEA has a bright future ahead of it," he added. – TradeArabia News Service
