DUBAI, UAE , May 20, 2016

Samsung has launched the latest version of its tablet, aimed at professionals and businesses. Named the Galaxy TabPro S, the 12-inch tablet is highly portable, ultra-thin and is the first in its class to boast a sAMOLED touchscreen.

Running the full version of Microsoft Windows 10, the device has a longer battery life than its competitors, and is also kitted out with a full-size ergonomic keyboard and trackpad, offering a near-desktop experience, without the inconvenience, said a press release.

With a sixth generation Inter Core M (SKL) clocking 2.2GHz,  4GB of RAM , a 128 GB solid state drive and a 5200 mAh battery , the tablet takes just two and a half hours to reach full charge with Adaptive Fast Charging technology, offering up to 10.5 hours of work and play. It uses a USB Type-C connector, which makes charging and data transfer streamlined and fast.

The Samsung Flow application connects the TabPro S with the Galaxy smartphone via Bluetooth, letting the user use the phone’s fingerprint scanner to log in to the device. The user can also receive and reply to notifications of their Galaxy device and remotely start a wireless hotspot mode on the phone right from the TabPro S. The Galaxy TabPro S even has the ability to stream Xbox One games.

Combining benefits of a Galaxy tablet with the productive functionality of a full-featured Windows device for on-the-go consumers and mobile professionals, the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S is also compatible with the Galaxy TabPro Pen which provides a realistic pen experience for fast and comfortable annotating, drawing and note-taking and the optional multi-port adapter that provides at-the-desk expandability, including USB and HDMI connectivity. –TradeArabia News Service
