MUSCAT, April 14, 2016

Ooredoo is planning to permanently transform all of its 40 retail branches into device destinations as part of its commitment to offer smartphone enthusiasts in Oman best-in-class handsets.

Customers will soon be able to purchase a wide range of smartphones including market-leading devices from Apple, Samsung, LG and Xiaomi by visiting any Ooredoo store across the Sultanate, said a statement.

Feras Al Sheikh, director of Consumer Sales, said: “At Ooredoo, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of market trends and customer needs, striving constantly to introduce the right solutions and services to meet their evolving demands. We want our customers to not only receive added value when choosing their call and data plans, but to also enjoy a world of choice when selecting smartphones that suit their lifestyles.

"The demand for smartphones in Oman is continuously on the rise and now, anyone visiting an Ooredoo store can enjoy the best of both worlds by choosing feature-rich and value-packed handsets or the most cost-efficient bundles in the market or both.” - TradeArabia News Service
