TimeLinx signs distribution deal with Sage ME

DUBAI, January 25, 2016

TimeLinx Software, a provider of time, expense, and project management solutions, has signed a two-year exclusive distribution agreement with Sage Middle East in Dubai, UAE.

Sage Middle East, a leading provider of business management software, will distribute TimeLinx products for Sage CRM in 11 countries across the region, said a statement.

Mark Engelberg, chief executive officer, TimeLinx Software, said: “TimeLinx is very pleased to grow our footprint in the Middle East expanding our ongoing relationship into a formalised distribution agreement.

“This new agreement will take advantage of Sage’s outstanding distribution experience, Middle East market knowledge and large existing customer base, providing their customers with our best-in-class project and service management solutions for many different industries.”

Through Sage, TimeLinx for Sage CRM will be made available to companies operating in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Libya, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon.

The agreement is expected to bode well for organisations in the region, as TimeLinx for Sage CRM provides project management and streamlines the delivery of professional services.

TimeLinx will transform Sage CRM into a service management system that includes everything a company needs to succeed – from managing client- and project-related information, to monitoring tasks, staff resources, costs, profits, and more – all within a single CRM platform.

Reggie Fernandes, Sage's regional director and Sage X3's Middle East's vice president, said: “Taking businesses to the next level has been Sage CRM’s mantra and TimeLinx has underscored that philosophy by highlighting the software’s unique cost-effective and user-friendly features.

“In the Middle East and Africa, the CRM market is expected to post a CAGR of 3.9 per cent between 2014 and 2019. This has been attributed to the growing CRM adoption rate among small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which represent the vast majority of companies in the private sector. Sage ME’s extensive understanding of the regional market will help promote TimeLinx for Sage CRM to its growing client base.” - TradeArabia News Service
