Avaya bags award for transforming RTA's contact centre

UAE's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has awarded Avaya ‘Best Services and Resources Vendor’ for technology solutions and manpower supplied to RTA’s upgraded contact centre.
The contact centre aligns with the RTA’s vision of delivering excellence in the customer experience, and is one of the key elements of the RTA’s transformation to a ‘Smart Service’ organisation.
