Mobily to provide Intel cloud computing services

Saudi Arabia-based telecom provider Mobily has been listed by Intel Corporation, a leading processors manufacturing company, on its website to provide licensed Intel cloud computing services.
It has been listed as a certified, secure and a highly qualified provider of cloud computing services within an elite group of major international companies providing this service, said a statement.
Intel selects its choice of corporates providing its cloud computing services as such service required a reliable infrastructure with special specifications in order to ensure high reliability service offered to subscribers from public and private sectors, it said.
Mobily is the first major cloud services provider in the Middle East and Turkey, which is “Powered by Intel Cloud Technology,” after having signed last an agreement in February with Intel during the Mobile World Congress 2014 which was held in Barcelona.
It will give Mobily’s cloud computing infrastructure an additional dimension in terms of reliability and keep up with the latest technology in the world, said the statement.
The move keeps pace with Mobily’s strategy aiming to transform to become a key ICT solutions provider by creating alliances with major international companies, to provide advanced wide range of services to the business sector in the Kingdom, especially cloud computing and information security services, it added. - TradeArabia News Service
