Top technology firms sponsor Qatar ICT expo

Major technology firms Ericsson, EMC², Technoserve and EBLA have joined in as sponsors of the upcoming Qitcom Conference and Exhibition, Qatar’s largest ICT event which displays and discusses the industry’s latest innovations.

Managed by fischerAppelt, Qatar and in collaboration with the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology (ictQATAR), Qitcom will be held from May 26 - 28 at the Qatar National Convention Centre

The event attracts leading players in the industry from dealers to end users and is the scene of many numerous strategic partnerships being formed, deals being signed and promising business opportunities on offer.

"As communications technology is continuously changing the lives of Qataris and the way they communicate with one another, Ericsson firmly believes that the journey to the Networked Society has already begun in the country, where everyone and everything will be connected,” said Peter Anderson, director of Ericsson Qatar Gold Sponsor of the event.
