Zain offers ten easy ways to top-up

With people getting ready for the 'Big Summer Break,' Zain Bahrain is pushing its billing menu with 10 different and easy ways to pay up and enjoy its bouquet of services.
“Zain Bahrain customers have come to expect the highest quality of service in terms of technology from us – and we have obliged with exciting new ways to communicate such as the borderless 'One Network' which connects 13 countries as a local telecom neighborhood with local rates; a Roaming service that offers connectivity in 158 countries with 430 operators on board and a high-tech service with MMS and video telephony services,” said Zain Bahrain’s commercial support director Linda Al Jamea.
“Our customers value connectivity and ease of payment and at Zain we have used the most modern technology and old-fashioned service values to ensure that Zain Bahrain customers can track and pay their telecoms bills easily,” she noted.
Working on feedback from customers on the many ways that they would like to stay connected and pay their bills even when on holiday, the group offers 10 easy ways to for customers to settle bills and top up credit.
"You can mail cheques to 33107; you can call 107 and follow the menu to settle the bill using your credit card or debit card; you can even seek the assistance of a Zain Bahrain customer service agent on 107; you can walk into any of Zain Bahrain’s Experience Shops throughout Bahrain and pay; the company has installed payment kiosks in convenient locations to cut queues," Al Jamea added.
"Alternatively, Zain Bahrain will do the legwork by collecting your cheque or cash from your residence via ARAMEX. When travelling, you can pay via the Zain Bahrain website," she noted
In addition to all this, Zain Bahrain has tied up with Khaleeji Commercial Bank, National Bank of Bahrain and Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait so that customers may settle bills via the bank ATMs or e-banking services.
Zain Bahrain’s pre-paid customers can buy top-up credit through e-vouchers at any retailer outlet and now they can also SMS credit to Zain eeZee friends.-TradeArabia News Service
