Juniper Networks, the leader in high-performance networking, has been positioned in the ‘Leaders quadrant’ of Gartner’s recently published Magic Quadrant for SSL VPN, North America, 3Q07.1.

The report evaluates vendors based on the company’s ability to execute in the SSL VPN market.

“The Magic Quadrant considers which vendors likely will dominate sales and influence technology directions through 2010, as well as which vendors are most visible among clients, generate the greatest number of requests for information and contract review, and account for the most new and ongoing installations in Gartner’s client base,” said the Gartner report.

Their actions raise the competitive bar for all products in the market, and they can change the course of the industry. To remain in the Leaders quadrant, vendors must excel in mobile access and protection and must dominate in sales,” the report added.
