Dorma, a world leader in door technology, has introduced its new and slender profile system that boasts of elegance and style besides being green and offering maximum intruder and vandalism protection in the region.

The new product is suitable to create elegant full-glass systems that can secure an environment from intrusion as well as be green, said a statement from Dorma.

Dorma ST Flex allows realising both single and double glazing with the same profile which can either be integrated with Dorma automatic sliding door operator or be available as complete doors.

The product comes in two variants - ST Flex Secure is a sliding door with maximum intruder and vandalism protection according to VDS resistance class WK2 and ST Flex Green comes with thermal break profile underlining Dorma’s contribution to increase energy efficiency in improving the sustainability of buildings.

The secure comes as a complete sliding door with an electro mechanical multi point locking system in moving panel profiles, interlocking profiles, bottom floor guide over full door width, operator integrated protection against levering out over the full passage width.

It has also been tested for burglar resistance class 2 and comes with prefabricated door panels, flexible system which has been tested from European Standard ENV1627 to 1630.

Bernd Czaja, the product manager (Entrance Systems) of Dorma Group said ST Flex guarantees a safe and secure business environment as well as being sustainable and reducing carbon footprint.
