Bahrain and the UAE signed a security co-operation agreement on the sidelines of the 12th GCC Interior Ministers’ consultative meeting in Abu Dhabi last night.

The deal was signed by Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and UAE Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The GCC interior ministers, meanwhile, voiced concern over Iran’s blatant interference in Bahrain’s internal affairs.-TradeArabia News Service
