Gulf CX partners with Five9 to launch cloud service
MANAMA, January 6, 2019
Gulf Customer Experience (Gulf CX), a leading outsourcing provider has launched Gulf CX Cloud in partnership with Five9, a leading cloud contact center provider.
The partnership will enable businesses in the Middle East- with focus on the GCC - to launch contact center services rapidly, without the need to invest in hardware, or any other infrastructure; all that is needed are just a PC, Headset and Internet connection.
With all the inbound and outbound contact center features supporting IVR, voice, email, chat, video, text and social media, companies can now focus on their sales and/or service while the technology is fully hosted and seamless, anywhere and anytime.
Rami Sweis, CEO of Gulf CX, said: “We hear the frustration and complaints from contact center professionals all the time about the effort, resources and costs involved in setting up and maintaining a contact center infrastructure.”
“Currently, in our dynamic and fast-moving region it is clear that companies are no longer willing to be burdened by high capital expenses and maintenance contracts that seem to be “out of touch” with the business needs.
“Our cloud contact center clients are looking for a reliable, flexible, easily integrated cloud contact center service that allows their contact center agents located across the region to be setup on a single platform with the ability to interact with anyone regardless of their location. We are happy to partner with Five9 who we think are the ideal fit, as they have been rated by Gartner Magic Quadrant as a leader in the Contact Center as a Service domain for the fourth year in a row,” he added.
Jon Gibbs, enterprise sales director at Five9 EMEA, said: “With Gulf CX we have the right partner on board for the Middle East. As an outsourcer and CX innovator, Gulf CX has a deep understanding of the contact center space in the region. We are happy to welcome a partner like Gulf CX to the Five9 partner ecosystem and we are looking forward to working with them.” – TradeArabia News Service
