UAE-based Bahri & Mazroei Trading Company (BMTC) has signed an exclusive agreement with Mafco FZE for distributing Honeywell LED lighting products for trade distribution and projects in the UAE.

BMTC is a leading provider of electrical, lighting and water solutions, and a subsidiary of the Bahri & Mazroei Group.

Mafco FZE had recently secured from Honeywell, a Fortune 100 diversified technology and manufacturing leader, the rights to use the Honeywell trademark in the manufacturing, sale and distribution of residential, industrial, institutional and commercial lights, floodlights, facade LED lighting, and LED Fixtures in 42 countries including the Middle East, said a statement.

With the new agreement, BMTC will provide Honeywell branded LED commercial lighting products such as LED panels, downlights, LED lamps and accessories, LED tri-proof luminaires, high bay lights, and ceiling fittings, it said.

Of particular relevance to the industry is that BMTC will now provide Honeywell’s LED high bay lighting that are in high demand. The high lumen package comes at a very cost-competitive price. BMTC will also distribute the 60 x 60 LED panels that come with in-built suspension kit as well as lamps and accessories, it added.
