UAE-based Al Sharqi Shipping, a leading logistics service provider in the region, recently received the ‘Top Customer Award’ for the year 2016 from France’s leading global shipping group CMA CGM.

This recognition marked Al Sharqi's fourth consecutive win with CMA CGM line, said a statement from the company.

The award was presented by Santosh Devasper, CMA CGM’s commercial manager; Manoj Kumar CMA CGM’s export trade manager; and Pradeep Vallath, deputy manager VIP desk, to Kash Rafiq, director Al Sharqi Group and Shipping, in the presence of Atif Rafiq, director, Al Sharqi Shipping and other key members of the company.  

Kash Rafiq said: “Our company has deep dived into our customer’s problems and turned our focus towards a more customer centric approach, improving our systems and processes.”
